I love this time of year for many reasons. Being with family and friends to celebrate the holidays makes me extremely happy. I love to decorate our house and my favorite decorations are the houses and buildings in the village that I set up on our hearth. I hope your holidays are filled with joy, peace, and love.

We love the family time during the holiday season

On Hanukkah night I love to open all my presents. Opening my presents make me so excited and energetic. I also love to light every candle each night. Spinning the dreidel is also very FUN.
ReplyDeleteDuring the winter holidays is one of my favorite times of year. I absolutely love spending quality time with my friends and family; all sharing stories gathered around a fire. Drinking winter drinks, being cozy in sweaters and blankets, and being able to see all of my loved ones truly makes this time of year special.
ReplyDeleteDuring the holiday season, I love baking and decorating Christmas cookies with my parents and siblings. I also love the smell of the Christmas tree in our living room and the colorful lights outside my bedroom window. But, the thing I love most about the holiday season is getting up early Christmas morning, right as the sun is coming up, and seeing presents under the tree with shiny wrapping paper, knowing that soon my family will receive the special gifts I picked especially for them.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I love about the winter season is, well, the winter season! Winter is always my favorite time of year because of the general feel and emotion that the world around me takes on. Now I see colorful lights hung everywhere, jolly music playing on the radio, and it all just makes me feel wonderful. Also, Christmas just so happens to be my favorite holiday ever so that's a plus. However, I spending time with my family at home watching holiday specials that we've already seen for the millionth time is another reason why I love the winter season.

ReplyDeleteWhat I love most about the holiday season is how happy everyone is, whether they're looking forward to their respective holidays, singing along to Christmas carols, or just enjoying the weather and winter atmosphere. I also love getting the chance to see my family and giving/receiving presents.
ReplyDeleteI love being with my family and friends. We all get along and have fun together. We all bake and decorate. My favorite decorations are our stocking because I have a large family so there are always 15-20 above the fire place.

I love the holidays, especially when I travel to the snow. I absolutely love seeing powdery white snow on Christmas morning. It is also wonderful to be with family and on Christmas night we set up a big enchilada buffet.

baxter banks. My family likes the winter holidays because Christmas is a tradition and that it makes us feel good. We set up decorations and we put up our Christmas trees. And Santa comes to give us presents. I think Christmas is a good tradition. I also like Hanukkah even though we don't celebrate it. Hanukkah is a great holiday. The end.

ReplyDeleteI love spending Christmas with my families! My mommy and Daddy and sissy have a special Christmas for me, then My Dad and Grandma do too! And so does my Grandma and Papa and my other Grandma and Grandpa! It's like I get four Christmases :) I also get to sing at choir at church for the tree lighting every year and go to Palmdale to visit all of my cousins!

ReplyDeleteWhat I love most about the holiday season is decorating my house with tones of glittery and colorful decorations, driving to Las Vegas to visit my family, and most of all I love the Hanukkah party my family hosts every year. It just makes me so happy watching my family and friends reactions as they tear open their presents and find they have received exactly what the wanted. Of course, it is always nice receiving gifts in return.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of the winter holidays is the Christams music. I love the festive air the music brings and the good feelings that come with the music. As long as I can remember Christmas music would always put me in a good mood. My favorite holiday song is "Do They Know It's Christmas" by Band Aid. The winter holiday wouldn't be the same without Christmas music.

The holidays are my absolute favorite! I love watching the whole collection of Christmas movies my family has, decorating the tree, and most importantly setting up our miniature villages we have. We have a more city- like themed village that is really neat and we have another village of more creative and fun houses, like a coca cola house, a Mickey mouse house, and a Playdo house. Also we celebrate Hannukahh and my birthday so it is really a big score for me. I have a lot to love about the holidays.

I love celebrating Hanukkah with my family because my aunt and my grandma make latkes for us (if I happen to be in Israel) and I get to spend time with my family. Last year when I was in Israel, we attended a gathering in my grandparents' kibbutz that celebrated the beginning of the holiday with music and other performances and activities by and for the little kids of the kibbutz. We traditionally do not give each other major gifts, but something thoughtful like a book or a hat with the logo of my favorite soccer team means much more than an expensive device ever could.

I love this time of year. Between seeing my family from out of town, to chowing down on some excellent grub, it's always a great time. The winter holidays are the best because It's normally raining or cold outside, and I love the feel of being inside a cozy environment while feeling enclose by the outside cold.
