ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading what many students in your class enjoyed doing this week. It sounds like a lot of learning and fun happens during PDR. This must be a favorite time for many students. I like that each student can choose an activity to participate in that interests them.
My favorite activity this week was building a sand castle at the beach in Santa Monica with my grandson, Collin, and granddaughter, Kendall. We even included a bridge and a moat around the castle!
Have any of you ever built a sand castle or anything else out of sand?
I will be looking forward to reading more of your impressive sentences next week.

ReplyDeleteThank you for the thoughtful comment. Luke said that he and his friends built a whole castle with a shield around it and tunnels out of sand. Ethan said that he built a giant castle with his brother, Amiti. Jakob built army men fighting out of sand. Rain said she built tunnels. Lastly, Kiernan built a castle with a bridge and tunnels.
